This report illustrates how learner cohorts are meeting end-of-year expectations based on the assessments that you have added. The results are based on learner “actual age” at the end date that is selected when generating the report and can be generated at any time throughout the year.
This report differs from the EYFS Cohort Assessment Report – End of Year Version by using the learner’s “actual age” to compare with the framework age banding (for the period the report is generated for) rather than their year group expectations for end-of-year assessment levels.
You will be presented with how many learners are working Below, Within and Above their “actual age” as a percentage and numerically. The results are based on the learner’s “actual age” and their highest judgements in the selected assessment period.
PLEASE NOTE: When generating this report please ensure to enter an end date that is after the assessment term end date that you wish to include.
For example, if the assessment term is Autumn 1 2020 which has an end date of 23/10/2020 you will need to ensure that you set the end date of the report you are generating to 24/10/2020 for the data to appear.
If a learner has:
-
- Any judgement below their “actual age” level they will be deemed to be working “below” their expected age band;
- Any judgement within their “actual age” level they will be deemed to be working “within” their expected age band;
- Any judgement above their “actual age” level they will be deemed to be working “above” their expected age band.
